Sindh Climate Finance: Needs Assessment, Investment Priorities, Financing Landscape and Pathways to 2035

Sindh bore close to 70 percent of Pakistan’s 2022 flood damages, yet the province has no consolidated estimate of what its climate investments will cost. This working paper builds one: an indicator-based assessment of priority climate investment requirements through 2035, alongside a mapping of finance currently reaching the province.
