Partners in Development and Consultancy (PIDC) is a national consultancy and think tank, registered with SECP, dedicated to advancing development solutions in Pakistan. Since 2017, through our offices in Islamabad and Karachi, we have provided high-quality services in strategic planning, research, policy analysis, advocacy, capacity building, and institutional development.

Our founders bring decades of expertise across diverse thematic areas including economics, public policy, governance, institutional reforms, agriculture, climate change, gender, water resources, disaster risk reduction, and environmental management. Many are affiliated with leading academic institutions, government bodies, and international organizations, adding depth and credibility to PIDC’s work.

PIDC is also supported by a strong network of associated professionals with proven track records in consultancy, applied research, project management, and public administration. Collectively, they have contributed to national committees, led development initiatives, and worked with governments, NGOs, corporate institutions, and international organizations including the UN and bilateral donors.
